A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
When the defendant sent marijuana to a place designated by the defendant in the Republic of Korea through international registered mail abroad, the defendant conspired to import marijuana by way of receiving it.
1. The above D sealed approximately 450 grams of hemp in an overseas in the envelope, “E”, and “E” in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City where the Defendant’s designated address is the address, and disguisedly sealed the addressee’s contact address into an international postal item, and sent it to the Republic of Korea through Germany H on July 26, 2017, and arrived at the Incheon Airport on July 19:17.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above D to import the said marijuana.
2. The above D sealed the addressee approximately 250 grams of marijuana in an overseas in the envelope, and the Defendant’s address at which the Defendant designated, and sealed it in the envelope indicated as “K” and disguisedly sealed it into an international postal item, and sent it to the Republic of Korea through English air around August 28, 2017, and arrived at the Incheon Airport.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above D to import the said marijuana.
3. The above D sealed the addressee approximately 250 grams of marijuana in an overseas in the envelope, and the Defendant’s address at which the Defendant designated, and sealed it in the envelope indicated as “K” and disguisedly sealed it into an international postal item, and sent it to the Republic of Korea through English aviation around September 6, 2017, and sent it to the Incheon Airport.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with the above D to import the said marijuana.
4. The above D sealed the addressee about 250 grams of marijuana in an overseas in the envelope, and the Defendant’s address at which the Defendant designated, and sealed it in the envelope indicated as “K” and disguisedly sealed it into an international postal item, and sent it to the Republic of Korea through English L on September 14, 2017, and to arrive at the Incheon Airport around 21:03.
