A. As to Defendant B’s intra-company labor welfare fund, KRW 15,989,320,369 and KRW 14,468,069,013 among them.

A. The Plaintiff comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of C and B on October 1, 2009 as a public institution established pursuant to the A Act.

(1) The Defendant B’s intra-company labor welfare fund (hereinafter “Defendant Fund”) is a juristic person established for the purpose of contributing to the stabilization of the livelihood and the promotion of welfare of employees B, and the remainder of the Defendants (hereinafter “Defendant employees”) are either the Plaintiff’s employees or former employees who received a loan from a university student from the Plaintiff, or the bereaved families of employees.

B. On November 3, 1995, the Plaintiff shall pay the “school expenses from 1996 to her children” at the Workers’ Union and the Labor-Management Council in the third quarter of 1995 without limiting the number of children.

“A collective agreement was concluded regarding the improvement of the method of payment of school expenses. The Plaintiff entered into a collective agreement regarding the payment of school expenses for children’s children to Defendant employees. (c) The Plaintiff has been provided with school expenses for children’s children free of charge pursuant to the above collective agreement and regulations. However, the Plaintiff reduced the budget for school expenses for children’s children since 199 in accordance with the government’s guidelines for the promotion of management innovation of public enterprises. (d) From July 23, 1999 with the B trade union and the university’s children’s school expenses from July 1, 1999, with the content that the school expenses will be transferred to the loan and paid for three years after graduation (hereinafter “instant collective agreement”). Since July 1, 1999, the Plaintiff entered into a collective agreement regarding the working conditions for children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children’s children.
