1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The Plaintiff asserts that the Defendants jointly assaulted the Plaintiff that they suffered bodily injury, such as her fingers, and sought compensation for damages therefrom (the treatment cost of KRW 2,539,522, the lost profit of KRW 20 million, the consolation money of KRW 2 million).
However, it is not sufficient to recognize the fact that the Defendants jointly inflicted an injury on the Plaintiff only with the descriptions of the evidence Nos. 1 through 3, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it otherwise.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants of this case is dismissed in its entirety as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
