On January 15, 2015, the Defendant applied for a credit card to the victim Hyundai Card Co., Ltd.’s name and resident registration number by telephone from the Defendant’s home located in the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and the second floor. After having selected the “credit card application” by accessing the Internet Hyundai Card website, the Defendant applied for a credit card to enter the name “B”, the resident registration number “D”, the address “Y-gu, Incheon”, the phone number “F”, etc. in the applicant column, and immediately filed an application for a credit card subscription application file prepared at his/her own discretion on the same page, as if the file was duly formed, the Defendant sent it to an in-service in charge of the name of Hyundai Card Co.,, Ltd., the Hyundai Card Co.,, Ltd., without knowledge of the fact.

On January 15, 2015, the Defendant filed an application for a credit card with the name and resident registration number of B by telephone from the Defendant’s house located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C and the second floor, with the victim’s name and influence marketing counselor on the card’s name and resident registration number.
