A. On August 16, 2007, the Defendant concluded an insurance contract on the part of the Defendant as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). The content of the insurance contract is that the Plaintiff compensates for the costs of hospitalization, etc. caused by injury or disease, and the monthly insurance premium is KRW 85,000.

B. The Defendant sustained injury between August 25, 2008 and March 14, 2014, which was after the conclusion of the instant insurance contract, as shown in Table 1, as follows:

For the reason that he/she suffered from a disease, he/she received hospitalized treatment for a total of 465 days at several medical institutions, and received insurance proceeds of KRW 27,632,350 in total by claiming insurance proceeds under the insurance contract of this case from the Plaintiff.
