A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act (narcotics);
A. On August 21, 2013, around 21:00, the Defendant administered a medication at the house of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C 303 by hanging approximately 0.1g of the cocar, which is placed on the table, by hand, at the house of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C 303.
