1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,285,461 as well as 20% per annum from August 31, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Although the Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant and worked for the period from January 1, 2015 to August 4, 2019, the Plaintiff was not paid KRW 4750,000, monthly salary of KRW 3,325,000, monthly salary of KRW 25,210,461.
Accordingly, the instant lawsuit was filed.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
