A Fine of 5,00,000 won, Defendant B's imprisonment for one year, Defendant C's imprisonment for ten months, and Defendant D for eight months, respectively.

1. Defendant A is not a handler of narcotics.

On December 2, 2017, the Defendant received marijuana free of charge from 16:00, in front of the E Apartment Fdong, from the Government around 16:00, after collecting the former wild marijuana, and consuming it as gold liquor, etc., and received marijuana free of charge to B.

2. Defendant B is not a handler of narcotics.

A. On December 2, 2017, the Defendant received marijuana and the Defendant smoked marijuana on the street in front of the E Apartment Building Fdong, Jung-si, the Government around 16:00, on December 2, 2017, in order to receive marijuana free of charge and receive it from A, as described in paragraph (1), and around 22:00 on December 2, 2017, around 3 days after the date of the receipt of it, around 22:00, in the G horse car parked in the said E Apartment Fdong parking lot, and in the way of smoking, the hemp smoked once in a way of smoking with tobacco paper by attaching the fluencing volume.

B. On March 2018, 2018, the Defendant: (a) smoked in, and received, marijuana from, the early 20:00 on March 3, 2018, within the said horse-based car parked at the parking lot of the IF branch located at H in Yang-si, Yang-si; (b) smoked marijuana once in the said manner; and (c) received, without compensation, marijuana from C in the vicinity of the office of “K” located at the J on the same day.

3. Defendant C is not a handler of narcotics.

A. On March 2018, 2018, the Defendant received marijuana, near the office of “K” located in the J in Yangju-si on March 2018, at around 20:00, received marijuana from B, such as the entry in B(b).

B. On April 2018, 2018, the Defendant smoked marijuana smoking at the early 01:00 on April 2018, 201, in a oos car in the M parked in the L apartment, and in the manner of smoking on the paper by attaching the flaco to the paper of tobacco.

On May 9, 2018, the Defendant possessing marijuana around 10:30 on May 9, 2018, contained approximately 69.2gg of marijuana in a plastic container and contained it in the instant apartment parking lot around 10:30 on May 9, 2018.
