(hereinafter “PP Korea”), based on the original copy of the judgment with executory power in the goods price case No. 2010,822,496, against G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”), for the claim amounting to KRW 147,82,496.

The Pamp Korea deposited 403,658,166 won in the above court as the gold No. 4500 in 2014.

C. On January 29, 2015, this Court commenced the distribution procedure with respect to the said deposit, and the executing court drafted a distribution schedule with the content that distributes KRW 403,611,316 of the amount to be actually distributed as follows (hereinafter “instant distribution schedule”).

D. On January 29, 2015, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit on February 5, 2015, following an objection against the Defendants regarding the entire amount of dividends among the instant distribution schedule on the date of distribution.
