The defendant shall be ordered to complete 40 hours of sexual assault treatment programs.

From April 19, 2018, the defendant was introduced by the victim C (V, 15 years of age) who is a child or juvenile who does not have a place to go to the home, and was sent to the victim and D, together with the victim and D.

1. On April 20, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (similar act) from around 23:00 to around 01:00, the Defendant came to her son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.

계속하여 피고인은 누워 있는 피해자의 팬티 안으로 자신의 손을 집어넣고 손가락을 그 녀 음부 질 속에 약 30회 삽입하고, 이어 피해자의 바지를 벗기고 팬티를 살짝 내린 채 양손으로 피해자의 허벅지를 잡아 벌리고 자신의 얼굴을 피해자의 사타구니에 들이밀어 혀를 피해자의 음부 속으로 넣어 핥았다.

Accordingly, the defendant committed similar rape to the victim who is a child or juvenile.

2. No person who violates the Act on the Protection and Support of Missing Children, etc. shall protect the missing children, etc. without filing a report thereon with the head of the police office without justifiable grounds;

Nevertheless, on April 19, 2018, from around 17:30 to April 18:00, the Defendant provided protection to the police officer C without filing a report with the captain of the police officer without good cause.
