The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around 08:00 on May 27, 2013, the Defendant committed assault against the victim C(53 years of age) and the Defendant’s loss in front of the modern job placement office located in 207-2, protruding-ri, protruding-ri, protruding-ri, protruding-ri, 207-2, on the part of the Defendant.
2. The facts charged in the instant case are crimes falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s explicit intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. Since the victim expressed his/her intention not to be punished in this court on July 11, 2014, the prosecution of the instant case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
