1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 80,602,739 as well as 5% per annum from July 1, 2002 to October 27, 2005.

Reasons

1. A claim for the interruption of the extinctive prescription of the part which deducts KRW 5,69,560, which was succeeded to the National Pension Service from the principal and interest of bonds pursuant to a final and conclusive judgment (Law No. 7699, Oct. 27, 2005) against the Defendant indicated by the Plaintiff on the ground of the claim from the principal and interest of the Defendant;
