1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 41,00,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from December 31, 2014 to January 29, 2016; and (b) thereafter, shall be the following.
1. The facts that the Defendant borrowed KRW 41 million from the Plaintiff on October 15, 2014, with interest rate of KRW 20% per annum and due date of repayment on December 31, 2014, are either a dispute between the parties or acknowledged by comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as to the entries in evidence No. 6.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 41,00,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from December 31, 2014 to January 29, 2016, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, as the plaintiff seeks.
2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
