B. At the time of the instant sales contract, there are about 18 graves at the time of the instant sales contract, and the Plaintiffs and the Defendant agreed to move the said graves by the Defendant prior to the payment of the remainder due to the special terms and conditions of the instant sales contract.

C. On September 6, 2016, the remainder payment date, the Defendant failed to relocate the graves existing on the instant real estate before January 12, 2016, the Plaintiff B agreed to cancel the instant sales contract with H on September 6, 2016, and received a performance note stating the following from H.

3. Details;

A. Each clerk is the representative of D, and on November 12, 2015, sold 2,908 square meters of forest E-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the said clan owned by the said clan (80 square meters), 357 square meters (108 square meters) prior to the said F, and 2,348 square meters of G forest (710 square meters).
