1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited the same reasoning as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for any modification or addition as follows. Thus, it is acceptable to accept it as it is by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure
2. On the third page 12 of the judgment of the first instance, the amendment or addition is to add “H” to “C. 4.3 billion won on July 4, 2012.”
In the fourth judgment of the first instance court, the "435 billion won" of the 10th judgment of the first instance court shall be "100 million won".
3. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
