(a) Of the second floor of the building listed in the separate sheet, each point is indicated in the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 1.

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of the building indicated in the attached Form.

B. Around May 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) determined and leased the part of the building indicated in the order from the former owner D to KRW 2 million; (b) monthly rent of KRW 2.5 million; (c) management fees of KRW 20,000; and (d) lease period of October 14, 2015.

C. After that, the Plaintiff acquired the above building and succeeded to the said contract.

The defendant did not pay rent and management expenses from January 15, 2019, and the plaintiff terminated the above contract on the grounds that the rent and management expenses were not paid for more than two years.

E. Therefore, the Defendant shall deliver the above building portion to the Plaintiff, and shall pay the money calculated at the rate of KRW 270,000 per month from January 16, 2019 to the delivery date of the said building.
