Reasons

The facts charged of this case revealed that the Defendant’s reputation was damaged by publicly pointing out facts, such as voice of “B, with knowledge of whether B is salpf or salging from his house,” among the salvists and house houses located in the househouse located in the Sogdong-dong, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-gu, Seosan-si, the Defendant among November 2014, and the victim expressed his intention that he does not want the punishment against the Defendant. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed.
