1. The Defendants: KRW 36,682,00 for each Plaintiff; Defendant B and C for this purpose from May 11, 2012; and Defendant D for each Plaintiff on May 2012.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The E-Intelligent Building in Attached Form 1 (hereinafter “instant building”) is an aggregate building of the second and nine stories above ground with the approval of use on November 4, 1994. The fourth and nine stories above ground is an apartment building of the total of twenty-four households (hereinafter “instant apartment”), and the first and third stories below ground are collectively composed of sales facilities (hereinafter “instant commercial buildings”).

B. The plaintiff is an organization composed of the sectional owners of the apartment of this case. The list of the above sectional owners is as follows.

C. From the time of the construction of the instant building, 66.61 square meters (hereinafter “instant parking lot”) were installed on the 24th underground floor of the instant building, which is a reinforced concrete menter’s parking lot, which is capable of parking a total of 24 vehicles. However, the specific status is the same as the part of the “ apartment-only parking lot” indicated in the attached Form 3, and on the 1st underground floor of the instant building, the parking lot lamps (RAMP) 96.18 square meters (hereinafter “instant parking lot”) which is capable of having access to the said parking lot from the outside of the building, and the said parking lot and luminous part are also used for the purpose of the parking lot up to now.

In addition, the second floor of the above building is the common use area of the above building, such as the above drawing in addition to the above parking lot.
