[criminal records] On December 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court, and on September 29, 2016, the Seoul Southern Southern District Court completed the enforcement of the above sentence.

1. [2017 Highest 1570] Around March 27, 2017, the Defendant ordered alcohol and alcohol as if he would pay the normal drinking value in the “E” operated by the victim D in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu).

[Attachment 2017 Highest 3114] The Defendant ordered an alcoholic beverage and an alcoholic beverage as if he would normally pay the alcohol value in the “H package car of the victim G operation in Sinpo City F on January 16, 2017.” However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the alcohol value.

The Defendant received alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 53,00 in total, including 5 sick, 2 sick, 100, and 53,000, from the injured party, and did not pay the price, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.

3. [Attachment 2017 Highest 3284] On August 18, 2017, the Defendant ordered the victim, who had no intent or ability to pay the alcohol value in the “K” restaurant, which is operated by the Plaintiff J in the Young-si, Young-si, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City. As such, the Defendant ordered the victim, as if he would normally pay the alcohol value.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above, and thereby deceivings the victim by being provided with 33,00 won in total, including 5 sick, 1 sick, and 1 pacta, etc. from the victim, and 33,000 won in total.

4. [Attachment 2017 Highest 3355] The Defendant wishes and ability to pay the actual food cost at a “N” restaurant operated by the victim M in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City around August 6, 2017.
