1. 2. 업무 방해 피고인 A은 2018. 6. 3. 17:40 경 구미시 D에 있는 피해자 G( 여, 63세) 가 운영하는 ‘H 식당 ’에서, 술에 취하여 특별한 이유 없이 피해자에게 “ 이 씨 팔 년 아 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 주먹을 쥐고 때리려는 시늉을 하고, 위 식당 안에서 술을 마시던 손님에게도 “ 씹새끼 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 그 테이블 위에 놓여 있던 맥주병을 집어 드는 등 약 25분 동안 난동을 피웠다.
