The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On July 2, 2017, around 00:20 on July 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) found the victim E (62 years of age) and demanded the victim E (62) to escape from disturbance; (b) requested the victim to refuse it; (c) the Defendant received the said E’s body as a course of worship; and (d) assaulted by several times of shoulders.
2. Determination and conclusion
(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
C. On January 19, 2018, after the prosecution of this case, a written agreement is submitted to the effect that the injured person does not want to be punished against the defendant.
