1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 17,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 17, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

In full view of the facts without dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including the provisional number), and the purport of the entire pleadings, the plaintiff supplied stuff products from April 6, 2014 to March 30, 2015 upon the defendant's order, and each fact that the balance of the price for the goods not recovered until now reaches KRW 17,00,000 is recognized (the plaintiff reduced the claim in this case after confirming the defendant's claim and details of the return, and there is no evidence supporting the other defendant's defect and return claim). Accordingly, the claim in this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all.
