1. The text of the judgment of the first instance and the order of the further judgment of the first instance, including claims extended in the trial.

Reasons

1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or may be found as a result of the on-site verification in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, 9, 13 through 33 (including each number), the results of the on-site verification in the first instance and the first instance trial, the results of the appraiser A's noise appraisal in the first instance trial, the results of the inquiry into the Ministry of National Defense, the results of the inquiries into the plaintiff B (No. 1432), and C (No. 6388) in the first instance trial, and the testimony of the witness at the first instance trial.
