1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,704,350 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 22, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for damages for delay from September 22, 2016, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case, that the Plaintiff supplied to the Defendant from July 17, 2014 to October 31, 2015, and from September 22, 2016;
