1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff A”) is operating the Internet education service business, etc., Plaintiff B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff B”) under the trade name “I” in 105, 106, and 107 of the instant building, respectively, in the name of the Plaintiff Co., Ltd., the status of Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff A”) 404 in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si H (hereinafter “the instant building”), and the Plaintiff Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff B”) operated a pharmacy as “K” under the trade name of “I” in 105, 106, and 107 of the instant building, and Plaintiff D operated a single house as the trade name “K” under 103 of the instant building, and Plaintiff B et al. as “LL pharmacy” under 101.
B. On February 28, 2012, the instant building management body and the Defendant concluded a comprehensive building management service contract (hereinafter “instant management contract”) with the content that the said management body and the Defendant entrusted the Defendant with the management of the instant building from March 1, 2012 to February 28, 2015. The instant management contract extended the contract term on February 28, 2015, and the main content is as follows.

1. Indication of the object of control;
(a) Subcheon H4): 1-A of the size of the building to be managed: 8th above ground, 3rd below ground;
The scope of services under the instant management contract among the objects specified in this paragraph shall be 3,374.6 square meters, including the co-owned area from 8th and lower than 3rd below the ground.
Article 2 (Scope of Operation) The defendant shall manage the execution and comprehensive operation in good faith and in accordance with the plan for the number of inputs (one director, two expenses, two U.S. dollars), including adequate operation and facilities, expenses, cleaning, parking, guidance, etc. for the objects of management mentioned in the front of the management contract of this case.
Article 4 (Management of Facilities) When the defendant finds any defect in the facilities management, he/she shall take necessary emergency measures.
