However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On June 26, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million by the Suwon District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a fine of KRW 5 million by the same court on August 22, 2012.

On March 30, 2014, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a scoo in the large-scale ecoo that does not have a number plate in approximately 100 meters away from the Do in front of the gym middle school located in the ecoo in the ecoo-Eup in the ecoocoo, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.163% of the blood alcohol concentration.
