The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below's maintenance of the first instance court which acquitted the charged facts of this case on the ground that there is no proof of the crime, is just, and there is no violation of the law of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence or omission of judgment, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
