1. On November 10, 2017, the Defendant discovered in front of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, about 22:00 that the door of the victim D (63 cc) was not unlocked. On the other hand, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the vehicle and entered a door to the victim’s wall; and (b) stolen the Defendant’s Samsung Credit Card that was owned by the victim, the market price of which is unknown on the wall of the victim in the said vehicle.

A. On November 11, 2017, the Defendant, at the “F convenience store,” operated by the victim under the name in Daegu-gu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant, as seen in the foregoing paragraph 1, had the said credit card settled KRW 90,000 with the purchase price of tobacco by presenting that the said credit card was one’s own card.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property equivalent to KRW 90,000, which belongs to the victim, and used the stolen credit card arbitrarily.

B. On November 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased a cigarette 2 cigarette by using a stolen credit card owned by the Defendant, as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1), and had the said credit card pay KRW 90,000 as the purchase price of tobacco by presenting that the said credit card was its own card.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property equivalent to KRW 90,000, which belongs to the victim, and used the stolen credit card arbitrarily.

3. On November 11, 2017, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud, at the “J convenience store” operated by the victim under the name in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant purchased one cigarette equivalent to 45,000 won at the market price using a stolen D-owned credit card, such as the foregoing paragraph (1), and offered the said credit card as one’s card, but refused approval.

4. On November 18, 2017, the quasi-Robbery Defendant sent to K at the residence of the victim L(n, 64 years of age) located in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, and the kitchen.
