1. The defendant shall pay 34,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from July 26, 2009 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim has a claim against the Defendant based on the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2009Gadan20808 Decided the purchase price. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against the Defendant again for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the above claim.
