On April 30, 2016, around 10:10, the Defendant assaulted the victim's face at one time on drinking, because the victim D (30 taxes) who is a home-based engineer and the delivery of home-based water in the guard room of Daegu-gu apartment complex 113 Dong-gu, Daegu-gu.
