Although the judgment that the defendant agreed smoothly with the victim, and the defendant's economic situation is difficult, considering the fact that there are many records of punishment for the same crime to the defendant, and other factors of sentencing as shown in the argument of this case, such as the defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, circumstances of the crime of this case, and circumstances after the crime, it is not recognized that the sentence of the court below is too unreasonable. Thus, the above argument of the defendant is without merit.

3. Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
