1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 23,947,151 as well as KRW 20,00,000 among them, from July 14, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) The applicable provisions of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
