1. The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 21,50,000 won with 30% interest per annum from June 9, 2003 to the day of complete payment.

2. Purport of appeal

The judgment of the first instance is revoked. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
