Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who has driven BCA100 Obaba.
No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall threaten or endanger any other person, or cause any danger to traffic by repeating two or more violations of traffic laws and regulations, such as harming signal or median line, or by continuing or repeating a violation.
Nevertheless, on March 20, 2018, the Defendant driven the above Obabaon around 11:04, and intruded the central line on the roads of Incheon Southern-gu C and the front of the road after violating the signal signals, and crossing the front road to E, thereby causing danger to traffic to many unspecified drivers.
