1. The defendant within the limit of KRW 265,070,000 for the plaintiff and KRW 90,201,193 for the plaintiff and KRW 41,048,565 for the plaintiff.
Reasons
According to each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the facts of the reasons for the attachment are recognized.
Therefore, within the limit of KRW 265,070,00, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by the rate of 12% per annum for the Plaintiff from May 8, 2020 to KRW 90,201,193 as of May 7, 2020 and the principal amount of KRW 41,048,565.
The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
