1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiffs A, B, C, D, E, F, and Non-Party I are children of the Non-Party J, and Plaintiff G is the scar of the Non-Party J, and the Defendant is the wife of Non-Party I.
B. The owners of each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 8 were Nonparty YJ. However, on October 9, 1987, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on March 12, 2015 under the name of Plaintiff A, B, D, E, F, and Nonparty I for the reason of inheritance of each of the said real estate. < Amended by Act No. 13/210, Mar. 12, 2015; Act No. 34/210; Act No. 34/210; Act No. 34/210; Act No. 13350, Feb. 3: 210; Act No. 34/210; Act No. 10877, Oct. 2, 201; Act No. 48/210).
C. Of each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2, the ownership transfer registration was completed on September 2, 2015 in the Plaintiff G’s name on the grounds of September 1, 2015 for the portion of 31500/44520 among the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2.

2. The parties' assertion
A. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2 in the summary of the plaintiffs' assertion is owned by the plaintiffs and non-party I, and each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 3 through 8 in the separate sheet Nos. 3 through 8 is owned by the plaintiff A, B, C, D, E, F and Non-party I, and real estate Nos. 9 in the separate sheet No. 48 in the separate sheet is owned by the plaintiff G, and the defendant arbitrarily occupied and used each real estate listed in the separate sheet on the ground of the lease agreement with the non-party I even though the share of non-party I is merely 48/2
B. The summary of the Defendant’s assertion is that the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with Nonparty I on each real estate listed in the separate sheet from around 201 to manage the 23 funerals of the Plaintiffs on each real estate listed in the separate sheet and maintains the above soil, and thus, the Defendant entered the separate sheet in the separate sheet.
