The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On May 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on May 18, 2018, at around the C cafeteria located in Songpa-gu Seoul, the Defendant: (b) committed assault against the victim by pushing the victim with the victim’s right arms in the course of a dispute between the victim and the Defendant’s model E, which is the Defendant’s form of monetary transaction relationship; and (c) during the process of the dispute between the victim and the Defendant’s model.
2. The judgment dismissing a public prosecution (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act) that submitted to this court on Oct. 25, 2018, indicating the victim’s intention not to punish him/her (Article 260 subparag. 3 of the Criminal Procedure Act).
