1. The Defendant’s KRW 48,638,244 as well as 6% per annum from August 21, 2019 to October 10, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form of claims;
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. Recognizing only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda, and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum is dismissed.
