1. The defendant shall pay 130,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from October 14, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
In full view of the purport of the Plaintiff’s statement and the argument as indicated in subparagraph 1, the Defendant borrowed KRW 130,00,000 from the Plaintiff’s mother; KRW 30,000,000 until October 12, 2013; and KRW 20,00,000 until October 31, 203; and the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff the amount including interest every month from November 1, 2013 to the time of full payment of the remainder of the loan; and the Defendant has paid the loan amount of KRW 3,50,000,000 including interest every month from November 1, 2013; and the Defendant has a duty to pay the Plaintiff the loan amount of KRW 130,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% from October 14, 2014 to the day after the record that the service of the original copy of the instant payment order was clearly made by the Plaintiff.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
