In light of the evidence duly admitted by the court of fact-finding, the admission and evaluation of evidence, which are the premise of fact-finding, is within the exclusive authority of the court of fact-finding unless it goes beyond the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence. Examining the reasoning of the court below in light of the evidence duly admitted, the court below is justified in finding all of the facts charged in this case guilty. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the free evaluation

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
