A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Punishment of the crime
On January 17, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 500,000 won for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (on night and joint injury) at the Seoul Southern District Court, and on February 17, 2006, a fine of 1,50,000 won for the above crimes, respectively.
On August 13, 2014, when the Defendant driven CYFS vehicles around 20:15 minutes, while driving the CYFS vehicles in front of the Ocheon-gu D, Ocheon-gu, Ocheon-si, the Defendant divided the victim F (the age of 62) who was driving the bus No. 50 after the vehicle of the Defendant, on the ground that the victim F (the age of 62) f (the age of f2) had a warning for the Defendant’s vehicle toward the Defendant’s vehicle, using the dangerous object, flicks the course of the bus vehicle, thereby getting the said victim to return the bus hand to the front bus in order to avoid an accident.
As above, the Defendant damaged the bus vehicles of the Victim F to the sum of KRW 7,906,910,000 for repair costs and inflicted injury on the victim G (the 39 years old), the victim H (the 22 years old), the victim I (the 22 years old age old), and the victim I (the 22 years old age old), respectively, caused injury to the above victims in the number of days of treatment.
Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and damaged the victim F's property, and inflicted an injury on the victim G, the victim H and the victim I.
