1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On November 23, 2016, the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract (a security deposit: KRW 10,000,000 per month; KRW 1,00,000 per month; and period of lease: 24 months) with the Defendant on real estate listed in the separate sheet on the ground of delinquency in rent for five months by the Defendant indicating the claim, and accordingly, claims the delivery of the above building as a restoration to its original state, and also claims the payment of overdue rent (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
