Defendant

A From November 23, 2015 to December 15, 2015, a person operating a “F” game room on the Busan Jung-gu E and 1st floor. Defendant B, an employee who served in the said game room from December 13, 2015 to December 15, 2015, was willing to exchange the scores he acquired by customers in cash.

The Defendants conspired to set up 50 units in the above game in the above day-to-day game, and let many unspecified customers find the 10,000 won in the game machine and carry out the game, and then, to 10,000 won in the game machine, and to 500,000 won in the first time, each of the above games will be paid to the customers who carried out the above game, and the customers who want to exchange will be paid 10,000 won in the first time, and the Defendant B would exchange the remaining amount after deducting 10% of the points obtained to the customers who want to exchange from commission in cash while waiting in the above emergency passage.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to do business with the use of the said game product for the purpose of returning scores, which are intangible results obtained.

[2016 Highest 6724] - Defendant A game water-related business operators shall not allow others to gamble or perform other speculative acts using game water, or leave them unattended so that they may do so, and no one shall exchange, exchange, arrange for exchange, or purchase again any tangible or intangible result, such as points obtained through the use of the game water.

Nevertheless, the defendant, as the owner of "F" in Busan Jung-gu E and the first floor, is to operate the above game room, and G, H, and I (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day) are to serve as an employee in the above game room.
