1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company with the purpose of real estate sale and lease business.

The defendant Korea Industrial Complex Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Corporation") and the defendant B Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Corporation") are the co-implementers of the E District Development Project, which is composed of Heung-gu Cri and Driwon in Cheongju-si.

B. On December 12, 2014, the Defendants made a public announcement of sale (hereinafter “instant commercial land”) to the commercial land in E (F Complex) (hereinafter “F Complex”) (hereinafter “instant commercial land”).

The main contents of the public announcement of sale of this case are as follows.

1. At least 5% of the bid price for competitive bidding for the commercial area 21 E area of land subject to parcelling-out and the number of lots of land for sale in an industrial complex each year, bidding price for the method of parcelling-out 1 E area, 21-667-1,5421,07, 170-170-2, 792,580 of commercial area;
