1. Around 06:20 on September 17, 2019, the Defendant was driving a F Ireland Cornex under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.184% without a vehicle driver’s license, at a section of about 3km from the front of the restaurant in the Ccafeteria, Young-si, Seoul, to the front of the E convenience store in the D, Young-si.
