1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 33,753,138 and KRW 30,000 among them, from November 2, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in case where the applicable provisions of the Acts apply mutatis mutandis), the creditor shall be deemed to be the plaintiff, and the debtor shall be deemed to be the defendant.
