As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victims, received a total of KRW 3,00,000 from the victims, each of KRW 1,50,000 on March 20, 201, and received KRW 17,474,00 from the victims from February 20, 2012 from that time.

2. Around March 10, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “If he/she joins as a member of a fraternity to set the number of KRW 5,00,000, the victim F, he/she shall be held responsible and liable for it as a leader without any relay.”

However, the fact is that the defendant's obligation reaches 25,00,000 won, and even if he receives money from the victim F, he did not have the intention or ability to pay it.

The Defendant, from March 10 to February 2012, 201, received KRW 3,780,000 each month from the victim F, in 12 equal to KRW 3,15,00,000 from the victim H, and in the same way, received KRW 20,000 per month from the victim G to February 2012, 1,80,000 each nine times from the victim H, respectively. In the same way, the Defendant received KRW 50,00,000 each nine times from the victim H from June 10, 201 to February 201, the Defendant received KRW 50,000 each month from the victim H from July 1, 201 to February 31, 200, 2008; and in the same way, the Defendant received KRW 10,000 each time from the victim I to February 31, 205,200; and
