1. On March 13, 2015, the Defendant continued to stay in the Republic of Korea while residing in the Gyeongbuk-do Governor on July 2, 2019, without obtaining permission for extension of the period of sojourn or leaving the Republic of Korea upon expiration of the lawful period of sojourn, until he/she is arrested as a violation of the Immigration Act.
