A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant, who has no living cost, walked around the Ulsandong-gu B's neighboring housing unit and black the object of the crime, discovered the house of the victim C, which is opened by windows, and then stolen the object by entering the house.

8. 20. Voluntary Crimes
A. On August 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) invaded upon residence and night residence intrusion theft: (b) entered the house of the victim E located in Ulsan-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu, Ulsan-do-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si, and entered the house to the small house through an open window of the victim C, going through the stairs located therein and going to the small house; and (c) 160,000 won in cash at the market price of the victim C-owned in the relevant place.
As a result, the defendant invadedd the victim E's residence, invaded the victim C's residence at night, and stolen the property.
B. On August 20, 2018, from around 22:41 to 22:57 the same day, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) stored a stolen-friendly H cash card in the cash withdrawal season No. 401 and 408 managed by the victim G bank located in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Seoul; (b) entered the password in writing nine times, but the password was attempted by an error in the password.
2. On August 21, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime, following the crime described in paragraph 1, went back to the office of the next victim C, and wrongfully steals the said victim’s articles.
On August 21, 2018, at around 00:01, the Defendant entered the house of the victim E located in Ulsandong-gu, Ulsandong-gu, through an open gate, and entered the said gate to the small house, through the joint boiler room of the victim C, who is the next house, and entered the said gate to the small house, and brought one J smartphone in the gallon-type city of the market value of the victim C in the said place to the large bank, and continuously brought one gallon-phone in the gallon-type of the victim’s I owned market value of KRW 200,000,000, which is the spouse of the victim C in the said place.
