On October 5, 2010, the Defendant and C’s co-principaled the Defendant: (a) from C to move from the Dorabon University located in the United States of America, to the Dorabon University located in the Republic of Korea; (b) was requested to issue a permit to enter the Dorab University located in the Republic of Korea; and (c) was willing to forge the certificate of high school graduation necessary for the issuance of the permit; and (d) on October 2010, the Defendant entered “C” in the name column, “E”, “E”, and “FF” in the date of birth, and affixed the official seal of the principal of the North East High School.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of a certificate of graduation in the name of the head of the Dong Northern High School, a private document related to a certificate of fact in collusion with C for the purpose of exercising.
2. Crimes by defendants;
A. On August 201, the Defendant and G’s co-principal committed a crime with the intent to forge the certificate required for issuance of visa from G and forged the document forgery expert, namely, “D,” stating “G”, “H, resident number column,” and “Feb.15, 2010” in the column for the date of graduation.
